Did you know you can customize which orders you view and email notifications you receive based on your preferences in your Rapid Legal account?
It’s easy, here’s how:
To begin, log into your Rapid Legal account and click on “My Profile.”
Click on the “User Settings” tab to display your default view options.
By default, your account is set to show your entire firm’s cases and orders, all active cases and orders within the last 90 days and 10 entries per page in your Manage Cases panel. To customize these settings, click on the Edit button, then click on a radio button under each default view column that best suits your needs.
Click “Save” to update your settings –it’s that simple. All done!
