Important Notes Regarding Expert Review:

We understand the time-sensitive nature of our client’s business. As such, we do everything we can to urgently process Expert Review orders. However, due to the size, complexity and timing of your eFiling order(s), we cannot specify, nor guarantee, we can review your eFiling as hastily as you require, although we will make every effort.

If we cannot reach you for answers to questions regarding your order and it is two hours before close of business, we will submit your order as placed. If your order is rejected for failure of one of the above items, please contact us for review and we will work with you to correct and resubmit your order.

If an order fails due to a customer error, resubmission is at the customer’s expense.

Finally, the scope of Expert Review is limited to the items mentioned above. It is the sole responsibility of the eFiler to determine what fees are due and select the document associated with the court fee to be paid.
